Between January '09 and February '10 I went from 14st 9lbs to 11st 9lbs. I stepped on the scales this morning and I now weigh 12st 9lbs. I'm not happy about this at all, though admitedly I haven't been doing as much exericse as I used to and also I haven't really been watching what I eat as much as I perhaps should.

Ideally, I want to lose a stone before I start bulking because my clothes are getting a bit tight as it is and I don't fancy putting on more weight only to have them not fit at all.

Current weight: 12st 9lbs (28/07/10)
Waist: 33 inches
Chest: 38 inches

Target weight: 11st 9lbs (01/10/10)

I'll update my current weight, waist and chest measurements every Monday of a new week.

Excuse the mouse, poor quality and tan-lines in the picture lol

Did some 100m sprints this morning. I was aiming for 8 with a minute's rest in between each. I managed 5/8 and threw up...

I'm going to increase the rest period next time.

? I don't understand why you want to loose weight. In your picture you look average. Not fat at all.

Mainly because I want to be above average. It's more the definition I'm looking for (which will obviously take more than 2 months, more like a year or so).

It's not a case of being fat, I just have fat that I could do with losing if that makes sense.

I imagined you would be fatter, I am very surprised! You look pretty good as it is.

Be more strict with your diet and keep it up!

Good luck, sounds achievable and can totally relate to the losing a lot of weight and then laxing and ending putting some of it back on! So annoying!
