I'm a rugby player and have recently started using supplements from optimal nutrition; see link below. I've found they've had really benefits to my strength and size. Any thoughts from other serious sports people?

I'd focus on getting a solid diet from whole foods before considering adding any supplements to it.

i run most days and take protein sups as i don't eat any red meat and suspect i may need some extra protein. I eat only non processed food and only drink once in a blue moon, but i don't think the sups have any real benefit except mental. Eat a good healthy diet and you should be ok, if your a pro maybe extras would help, but for most of us they dont seem to make much difference.
