As the title says, what do you like to do to unwind and de-stress?
I like writing.
Lay on my bed and listen to music.
But if I can't be bothered with that, I'll sit with a hot chocolate and read a good book.
Sit in the garden chain-smoking, listening to music and watching the cats.
I go to the bathroom and discuss my problems with the mirror.
Run, walk, listen to music, lay on my bed read...etc.etc..
1. Play my guitar
2. Read my neuroscience or physics books.
3. Listen to music (Owl City is particularly good chill-out music).
4. Watch a funny film/TV programme.
5. Go on a long bike ride.
6. Do some press-ups/sit-ups.
I somtimes imagine as many as six impossible things before breakfast.
