2:2 from UCL O_o... that is indeed quite a shameful result... a
Forget about second tier universities as well including York, Durham, Leeds, Manchester whatsoever. I strongly believe that they will reject you almost instantly when they see your transcript. In other words, the name of UCL won't give you any advantages in your master application.
However, if you seriously want to pursue a master degree, you may consider third tier and four tier universities like Westminster, Greenwich, etc... there are certainly very many universities take 2:2 students to fill up their finance courses...
Sorry to be harsh, but that is the reality... finance courses are always competitive at the first and second tier universities...
