Thanks for that. I'm not quite sure why I spilled all this last night. May have had something to do with the 5 double vodka and cokes I had at the pub but anyway thanks a lot those of you who wrote helpful answers, its really appreciated xxx

Don't worry...I'd do the same if I were him, even if I did love you (sounds wierd, but bear with me). Saying I love you before you leave someone for ages is probs the worst thing for a guy. It means that you'll be thinking about her all the time whenn your not with her, and itll be so difficult for you. SO sympathise with him. He loves you loads, thats why he couldnt bring himself to say it....
