I went to the Reading Room to do work and I fell asleep on the table. I was woken up by a someone coming in. It was very embarrassing. And I have done no work. Aaaaaargh.

Don't be embarrassed!! I fall asleep in Trevs Library and the Main Library all the time. In fact last week I was in the main library (level 1 - the level of deathly silence!) and felt tired, so stopped working, put my head down and went to sleep for 30 minutes. I woke up and felt nice and refreshed - and continued working ....all of this was done with numerous people sitting around me!!

Learn to just accept that reading is really mentally tiring and I'm sure it's MORE stupid to pack up, go back to college, sleep for a bit, then go BACK to the library than just having a snooze then and there! :biggrin:

Plus just think about if you ever saw someone sleeping in the library, you might chuckle, but you'd know their pain and sympathise really!

Well, I handed in the essay, and it was rubbish. And summative. Oh well, who cares, it's only First Year. (I say that, but when I do rubbishly I will probably cry.)
