lol its soooo true. Everytime you have an essay to compelete you're in the computer room completing it at 5 minutes before deadline. :laugh:

That strategy helped me on the way to some very respctable marks :cool:
Last minute is my typical strategy too.

I have just put the Durcam on my homepage to guilt myself into revising for A-levels. It seems to have worked a bit.

My dissertation supervisor is retiring in September.

Just my luck eh?:p:
I'm sat in the library and thought I saw one of my friends walk past, so I looked eagerly to check it was her. Then I realised I'm not actually in Durham, and am 300 miles away in Norwich. A surreal split second emotion.

I thought I saw someone from college the other day, and then had to remind myself it was pretty unlikely they were out here.

On the subject of results, I find out nothing until I get sent a letter telling me that the geography department has used its random number generator and given me a final percentage mark.

I really reckon that's what they did last year when the lecturers were all on strike. It seems a bit odd otherwise that all 6 of my modules had only a 2% difference in every assignment and every exam taken in the last term. Weird.

Yeah but pikaboo, what actually happens for me is they have a meeting (the details of which they are 'not allowed to release') decide a mark for EAP students and then email a transcript with one single percentage, which is my year score.
