Tim, I am reporting you to Jonny Rigg for being overfond of glaciers and not appreciating the finer (post-colonial post-structuralist) things in S.E Asian life.
I think my question got lost a couple of pages back

Anything I should know about Refounders House?
My friend got a whole load of details about her place, even down to the suggestion of a towel rack that leans on a radiator.

and my dad keeps asking me how big it is for my stuff.

I'm just being lazy and not packing yet, but I really feel I should start somehow.

You're packing two weeks in advance?
I started putting things in storage boxes about a month ago - too keen? :p:

To be honest I never properly unpacked when I came home for the summer anyway.
80% of my stuff was moved to my new place in Durham at the end of June. Win!

Same...this is temporary, even if the council taxers don't see it that way

Aww I miss living out...I used to spend most of my summers in Durham :frown:
well everyones telling me I should be more ready than I am
not pack so much, but find everything and put it in piles or boxes ready.

I have no idea what I'm missing so if I leave it too late I won't have chance to buy all the stuff.
you can always buy it once you're there - even if it's bulky just get it delivered to college
Yay Christmas #excited#

Doesn't it start feeling like Christmas when the shops are bored of all the Back To School nonsense? Never too early to start preparing :p:

yes I will (always wanted to do that actually)!

In my sainsbury's they were just finishing the long halloween shelf, then I went further and saw the christmas pudding shelf. I think I missed where the hot cross buns were, probably something important I needed in that aisle too, how you always miss somewhere.

When I used to work in Morrisons, about half way through August (yes AUGUST) all the Christmas sweets and chocolates would come in and we'd have to store them all in the warehouse. You'd be like "Errrr, it's SUMMER!" lol

Then half way through September you'd be putting them all on the shelves.

End of October....CHRISTMAS MUSIC OH MY GOD NO

I generally dislike Christmas

I have passed them now (just first year so dont count), but yes both are true.

Just out of interest, are you the same princess peach that dave gorman mentions on his website that is selling fake versions of his badges on ebay? (If unsure as to which ones then it is my avatar)
