I like Sherlocks on North Road...it's not CHEAP but it's worth what you pay for it unlike Tony and Guy, and it does student discount...dunno how much a wash and blow dry would be though. Gigi's is mega-cheap but not very nice. It depends what you want! I like having my hair done in nice surroundings with nice products, so am willing to pay a bit more for that.

I know hold you in high esteem, Nick was really lovely to work with (and coming from a techie that's quite high praise :p:

). Saturday was definitely the best night, despite the fact that that was the 6th time I'd seen it in as many days I was still in stitches!

It cost me £27 with student discount for a wash, restyle and awesomely finished. They give you a head massage when they wash your hair which is awesome! It's also the only haircut I've EVER been happy with. I've had loads of compliments - got it done in the 2nd week of term and people are still mentioning it now!
Gigi's is just all dark, all the seats are ripped or patched with duct tape and it's messy and just generally not a very nice experience.
