I do not want to think this of the Neighbours Society, and hopefully there will be some more socials next term.

But i must say the Amnesty International Group are pretty active, as are the Durham Union and the Alternative Music Society too.

We HAD an amazing social before the Karl Kennedy event!! It was amazing. Free drink. Free food. Free prizes.

We generally tend to do just ONE social a term. Although next term we are hoping to do a classic Neighbours Screening Session too.

PS: Karl was amazing! But his CD is a big pile of poo!
I couldn't get a ticket to Karl Kennedy(but i did see him in May instead) but don't you have an email list? As i didn't know anything about the social even if i had been able to get a ticket.....

Ah well i'll sneak off back into the corner where no one can see me

1. Rach - well done!! Told you you'd do good.....bet about 50% of those marks came from my advice  :p: lol

2. You don't need a little notepad and really good pencils like they said in the lecture hahaha, can't believe he gave that stupid lecture again!!

3. The practical you just go around and do levelling. It's quite interesting

4. Well done everyone else on geog essays yay....told you none of you would fail! :p:

That is all. Argh lecture....but should be fun!

I know, everyone thought it was a joke, but I guess he was being serious, twas funny though

And levelling was ok, though by our calculations we were 2.86 metres out

I haven't got mine back yet, the fail is still to come

Shurrup silly, you'll do fine:smile:
Thanks for all your help daddy, though I hope some of it was from my own effort...
He said, 50% was you.

Personally I think daddy is living vicariously through you, having his own geographical avenues cut off by mass drinking:smile:

I don't drink as much anymore

Last week I only went out on Friday night. This week I'm in Trevs tonight and have had 2 drinks, and will be out in Leeds on Saturday night with friends who are down there. Otherwise nothing else planned :p:

Alex - Geography can be really boring in the first year, I'm enjoying second year so much though, some of the stuff we're learning is stupidly interesting! I actually look forward to my lectures and ENJOY READING (eek...never thought that would happen!!)

Rach - Yes I'm sure most of the effort was yours! In fact probably all of it was yours. Well done again

Tim - you won't fail
