I've made a boo boo...:(
I have left applying for accommodation too late and now all I can find is ridiculously expensive private leases, which I most certainly cannot afford.
All I can think of doing is applying for a course at a uni closer to home through clearing, but how exactly would I go about that? I have already accepted my offer at the uni for which I cannot get accommodation, can I get out of this offer somehow? Also can I phone up institutions and enquire about whether they have any remaining places before I somehow withdraw from my accepted place (if this is possible)?
Somebody please help, I'm in a complete mess
