The Boy they Called Chucky

Anyone watch it? It was on ITV the other night, and the kid was a little ****** He battered his mum, his sister, and his two brothers, and the dad was the only one not scared of him. His sister ended up moving out because her life was so horrible, he stabbed her with a knitting needle, and threated to slit her throat. He was hitting his younger brothers, who then thought it was OK to hit people. The mum went to Boston, to seek more help and apparently he had ADHD. He improved, and his sister ended up moving back home,, I think because it said that in an interview she gave.

I felt so sorry for the little boy, it wasn't his fault and he felt really guilty about it later.

But did he really feel guilty, or was it an act?

The titles of these programmes are always so funny.

I really don't like that sort of programme, especially when it's about ADHD. There're just too many of them. Channel 4 have made some watchable 'family struggles to cope with child with rare condition/ADHD' programmes, and some have been quite good. But ITV are just jumping on the heartwarming bandagon with this one. And it wasn't well made.
And it had a stupid title.
