Pros and cons of using census data

Can anyone suggest some pros and cons of using census data? I've not got further than that some people might not bother to fill in the form and therefore not be included in the census.

Some might lie

Pros - It gives the most accurate picture of the Uk's current social state

Cons - Some people can lie though this is a crinimal offence.
