Does bum clenching work effectively in building up/toning your bum or are other exercises better for your bum (eg. squats and lunges)?

Which is the best exercise for your bum?

Spot reducing fat is a myth. Obviously to work on certain muscles you have to use said muscles...

lol, we do bum clenching as a strenthening exercise at work, but that's because the patients are at least in their 80s. We also count a 20 metre walk as a serious cardio work out.
