interesting fact about the bridge of sighs. the side facing trinity, kings etc is nicely decorated whilst the side facing magdalene is plain. Its because they wanted to impress trin, kings etc but don't give a toss about us.


Guess you know which ones are the prisoners and which the tourists then... :biggrin:

I gather that all the photographs one sees of the Bridge of Sighs is the decorated side then. Funny... I always assumed that the pictures show the Magdelene side. I don't know why, though.
