Hey

Just got a quick question hope someone can help.

I'm looking through clearing and can't find the uni I want to go to for the course I want to go on.

However, the course is there when I search as a non uk student, can I still apply to this?

I know it says non uk but surely if there are vacancies then there are vacancies??

No, you can't.

The number of home students allowed is limited, because the government part-fund each student. However, internationals pay their own way, so the uni can have as many of these as they want.

I even know someone, desperate to do medicine, who said that he would pay the international fees to do it; they were on the brink of letting him, but someone somewhere said no.
