 ok then....

Well, where i come from it gets a wee bit colder... So york sounds pretty good to me.
Reply 44

okay then, a question that i am not sure if anyone will know the answer to:-
What is mobile reception like around York, especially fairfax house. I am looking at getting a mobile contract, and 3 seems to be so much cheaper than the others, but where I live 3 reception aint great, even though according to 3 it is meant to be good.

O2 pay as you go = 300 free minutes & 300 free evening weekend minutes i you top up £30, 150 free mins & 300 free txts if you top up £15, you keep the credit, i have about £90 spare on my phone at the moment, you also get 10% of your credit back every quater and if you pay £5 a month you get half price calls and txts to 3 numbers

+ reception is usually good!

Yay snow! We don't know what snow is down here in Berkshire (appart from that one time when we had a thunderstorm, it threw it down with rain and THEN it chucked it down with snow so we had a good few inches - that was magical!)

Snow is fun....for a day, then you just want it to go away, very quickly.

my mate saved on his heating no end by drilling a hole in the wall through to his neighbors room (somewhere were t couldnt be seen) it wasnt too big but he put a fan over the hole to pull all the hot air into his house, genius!

Yes Fairfax House will have Net acces by Oct, I was worried about this and rang up.

Yeh I did that as well. As you may have guessed I got into fairfax, room 004 and I expect you to all say hi to me next week  I have one question tho, whats TV reception like in Fairfax? I assume being closer to the main city, Freeview reception will be better? Also will i need a portable aerial do you think?

That sounds like a lie... If it were true my computer's processor fan would certainly be able to heat my room:
* The CPU area is certainly larger than any hole you can hide
* The CPU is certainly hotter than anything a person can survive (mine at the moment is around 130F)
* And finally, there's an 80mm fan over my CPU

So, hey, give your friend a fiver... across the face

firstly not all the cpu area is used to transfer the heat, and for the record my pc heats my room fine.

It acts just like a storage heater.

We can form one! You'll be able to find me easily when we get to Fairfax - just go to the first floor and follow the Muse sounds! xxx
