and although I think i'm over the worst of it, i'm still feeling quite crap. It's particularly annoying because i've already missed about a week of school because of it and I can't afford to still be sick over the holiday weekend because I really need to use it to catch up with the work I've missed. I'm doing all the usual: regular paracetamol, lots of fluids, and generally reeking of menthol, but other than this is there anything anyone would recommend to speed up the recovery process?
