I don't have delusions. I don't hallucinate. So I think I'm mentally healthy.

Out of 10? I'd say 9.
Well, I worry about relapsing quite a lot (I find I have to be extremely vigilant with my ED as I'm sure is very common) but I would consider myself to be doing ok. Could be better, could be a lot worse so all in all i'm pretty positive about it now!

Do you ever worry that you will develop mental illness one day?

My brain is a complex system, which can be chaotic sometimes.
I am doing great now, but I was a bit destressed last year. If these things pass, your A ok, honestly; the fact your aware of your self, suggests you not too insane ha ha

I think I'm mentally stable. But we all have some strange behaviours. If everyone had the same mental makeup life would be very boring, but some people are scared of certain situations more than others and such like, that's totally normal and part of life.

A while ago I got worried that I would be like my mother and suffer from severe clinical depression...but now Im 17 and havent had any sign of it I think I'm in the clear. Otherwise, I do say some wierd things sometimes and my turtle likes to eat doritoes. Only kidding. Although me pretending to be wierd was wierd in itself. But pointing these things out is wierd. Oh god, Im going mad...

borderline mental breakdown brought on by years of social anxiety...bar that I'm hanging on by the hope that my life is just taking a slightly odd track atm.

Hmmm, I've had years of mental issuesbut I've learned how to deal with them. I class myself as mentally healthy. Although if I didn't make the effort I'm sure I could go cuckoo pretty sharpish!

It's these times that will shape you into an even better person. Imagine the blissful ignorance of someone who never had any issues at all!? Life experience.... you'll definately be able to use it to your advantage.

This is true in my case. I'm now using 8 crappy years to my advantage everyday. And I like the way I see life as a result of this experience.
Pretty damn stable, ignoring the odd occasion when I find myself at breakdown point. I get through it though

I have a few psychological issues, but I'd class myself as sane, which is what counts, isn't it?
Healthy, except the occasional bit of paranoia. Sombody might do something seemingly out of good-will, but I'll automatically suspect darker motives. Which is usually correct, actually....

I'd call that rightfully cynical. But, then I believe there's a real downfall in a widely accepted sense of 'right' and 'wrong'. People, as a whole, are becoming.... let's think of a nice word...... gits.
