"Each UCAS form will be assessed by our admissions team and, as in previous years, we will
score academic ability, the UKCAT, the personal statement and the reference. For 2011
each of these will be scored out of 10 giving a maximum score of 40"
"This will give a maximum score of 50 per interviewer and a maximum score of 100 for the interview as a whole."

Can't specifically tell about PS and Reference though.

According to the pdf....
''Please note that candidates who have already achieved AAB at A level are unlikely to be interviewed as our standard offer for 2011 will be AAA.''
I doubt they will interview any of the people below AAB as someone with grades worse than that would have surely lost too many points to be considered.

600 or above in all sections btw.. not many people have managed that this year so I am thinking >=550 would give you a very strong chance as Leicester interview about 950.
