Has anyone done the investigation of how temperature affects the growth of yeast, Im doing coursework on it now and there is next to no information of the net about it.

would really appreciate anyone who could send me in the direction of some useful links.

Unfortuantely I didnt do that experiment for biology but I have been looking around for you on the internet. All the websites I have looked seem to refer to bacteria and, if my memory serves me correctly and these websites are correct, that is what yeast is...bacteria. So maybe when you do your searches you could take this into consideration. Look at the growth of bacteria in general and then focus on yeast. They should follow similar concepts (I think).

So far I have found these websites which may be of some help:
http://nsm1.utdallas.edu/bio/Gonzale...cro/growth.htm

www7.tamu-commerce.edu

http://faculty.rpcs.org/brockda/Group%204.pdf

http://www.wyeastlab.com/education/edtempch.htm

Im sorry the websites are a bit random and that some of the material maybe completely useless but I tried. Good luck!
