lol i think technically it should be 'an unrologist' cos u have 'an' before a word that has a vowel for its first letter or sounds like a vowel. In this case though, 'an urologist' sounds odd so guess it must be a urologist.

Another one of the many contradictions of the english language me thinks!

plus an urologist sounds too much like a neurologist for comfort imo :wink:

Although words that begin with a vowel take an, I think this one sounds better with just a... English is an irregular language....
