International Relations

Hi, I'm a fresher this year. I'm doing German and Philosophy, and I'm currently deciding what to do for my third subject. I'm considering International Relations, but I'm not 100% sure about it. I just wondered if someone would be able to tell me a bit more about it?
I tend to prefer more analytical, ideas based subjects rather than fact based ones. Are there lots of facts to learn in International Relations or is it analytical?
