exercised while your sick, ill or whatever would that be bad for your body, and make you lose muscles or makes your illness worse?? :askpig:
if uve got a cold, mild exercise is good for u as ur body temperature rises, ur cappilaries dilate and allows more white blood cells to flow through ur blood therefore ur white blood cells will be more efficient at combating the bacteria/virus. Make sure u wipe all the sweat off immediately after exercise otherwise u cool down too fast and get even worse ;p key is to keep warm.
Hope that helped ;D (yus im doin my biology hwk right now)

Exercise gently and don't do anything that feels bad. If you are throwing up every two minutes going to the gym is not a good idea. But if it's just a cold then go work out.
If you feel like you're going to pass out, then do you think that's a good sign or a bad sign?
well I know it's bad sign, and that I shouldn't, but I've heard that exercising might make you feel better as when you sweat you excreat some toxin out
Gentle excercise will be ok. Like go for a walk, or if you have an excercise bike then go gently on that. But anything that really gets your heart pumping will just make you feel worse because you're gonna strain your chest, and if you have a temperature anyway then yours will go through the roof!

But if it's making you feel bad, then that's a sign it's not doing you any good.
You can't sweat out all the "toxins" of an infection, though mild exercise might help, as Bekaboo says, take it too seriously and it'll be really bad for you. If anything feels really bad (like you're going to pass out/throw up) then it's not doing you good.
