Firstly, this is my 3000th post! yay-go me! Thanks to everyone who has made these last 2999 posts/6 months worthwile.

Secondly, today i confirmed to the owner that we wanted this house next year (2nd year at ex uni).

How scary! i just brought a house! has anyone else sorted it yet? the uni housing list comes out in 2 weeks i think so we are ahead of them all!

We haven't sorted much out yet. One property seemed really nice. Central in Bath. 5 Bedrooms. En-suite. The only drawback was the £75 per week (w/ bills) price tag.

Nope. The most expensive halls here (Solsbury and Marlborough) are £71 per week inc. bills.

this one is lovely, 6 big rooms, 3 floors, huge kitchen, lounge with tv and piano, good decor and in excellent condition, garden etc.... £60 a week +bills

Is it central?

This is quite a big issue for me. I would love to live near the centre of Bath.
