**not as scary** I'd love to talk to someone else who may or has the same complaint because it can make me feel a little...isolated if you get what i mean

ive been told about a couple of those but they prescribed meditation. They say that helps a lot. I didnt actually have any signs of it al all last night but i did get a bit anxious, i went to bed pretty late and tried to exhaust myself lol, but its okay
just wondered if i wasnt the only silly billy

Help there is someone in my room! On the top of my voice to find there is no one there. I alos tend to walk in my sleep (or rather run!) lol as i think there is something in my room and wake uo somewhere else.
