But don't UCAS arrange them alphabetically (sp). I selected Manchester first but Bolton went on top of it. :confused:

yeh it is alphabetical haha that means places like york will know exactly how many you're applying to - dont see how it matters though, realistically it's not going to hinder your chances as the vast majority of people will fill up the whole form (i mean, come on, its £15!)

Isn't this why they stopped making you number your choices in order of preference, and no longer allow each university to see your other choices? Now you lot are making me worry about things I hadn't even considered!

Huh? I really don't get what there is to worry about. Like hannabanna said, the vast VAST majority of people will fill up all six choices so it's not going to hinder your chances. Unis don't see the other institutions you apply for. :biggrin:
