what type of people are considered international?

i live in Belgium, go to a British school and im doing GCSEs/ASs/A-levels, would i be considered british or international?

is there a benefit to being british or international? and what are the benefits?

hello,
you're really an EU citizen right? so you pay like a brit but you are considered international when they are doing their statistics, etc... the main advantage of being international in that way is that you are directly compared to other international students for entry rather than against brits. the fact you pay like an EU is a gr8 advantage over real international students like me (i'm asian)
