Would love:

The one who also likes (good) metal.
The one who likes good drinks but doesn't insist on complete piss ups every single night
The nice people

Would hate:

People trying to preach their religion, whatever that may be.
People who get up at around 6 am every day - I'd probably never see them.
The 'partner in crime' of someone else.
The really messy one.
The really fussy one.

2. The one who organises the pub trips
3. The one who always has a joke and a hug after a bad day

Bad:
1. The one that sits in the living room with their boyfried/girlfriend all the time
2. The one that takes over the whole kitchen to cook and never washes up
3. The one who always tries to start inane conversations at 7am

Good:
Someone who is up for a laugh
Someone with similar tastes in foods, films and games
Someone who is optimistic and mega-motivated to get work experience and study (because it makes me feel like I should be getting something done too)

Bad:
The one who brought his £2000 sound system to uni.
Someone who has frequent one night stands. (Can't stand having total strangers tiptoeing about my house at four am)
The one who insists on going clubbing four times a week.

Good:
Someone who loves clubbing and staying up late etc.
Someone who brings and tv and sound stuff etc for when we want to watch films/listen to music.
Someone who was into all the same **** I am and enjoys boyish banter and guy chats ;D

Bad:
Girls who just are over dramatic and immature.
People who don't clean up, im in a all guy flat, but we still keep it fairly clean.
Someone who never comes out.. how boring.

The wannabe DJ who's brought a turntable and speaker set and plays them until 5 in the morning at such a volume that it makes water wobble/vibrate and refuses to turn the music off
The foreigner who doesn't speak english very well (can't have a conversation when every word needs to be repeated 5 times)
