i love it. ur so arrogant. Almost as much as me. :p:

Apparently alot of guys are attracted to blondes instinctively, because it's rarer than other hair colours.

Reply 3

i get more attention when my hair is blonder too.i asked one of my boy mates and he said it is coz i look more easy.(he's a great mate!!)dunno if that's the case with you or not

Blonde looks cute, young, infantile, feminine, soft...dare I say it, more approachable than dark hair.

 No wonder...

Reply 5

brunettes often rate higher on those 'best looking' lists though.brown hair's def. getting more popular with men

Reply 6

Hmm, I'm a girl with brown hair and I get plenty of attention and "loving looks" I think if you're pretty - you're pretty

Reply 7

Me too, I think that too. All different hair colours are nice when a lady is attractive. I was just curious about my own blonde. I suppose I have reasonably pale skin and it helps me make the best of it.

Reply 8

Brunettes!!!!! 2 be honest hair colour really doesn't matter, but my ideal woman in my mind is a brunette, shortish hair, up in a clippy thing...

ohhh very nice Duck n Cover! I love this forum, an insight into the male mind with out getting in to too much trouble, or at least, I hope not. Your results are similar to mine: good at languages, but dropped on the science. Well done for keeping the Maths at A though!! I have a mind for words and not numbers (going off the subject)

i think that your find(and this is coming from my own experience of guys) that its girls rather then guys that have the hang up about being blond, and i think it could be based on the whole 'dumb blond' thing.

I prefer brunettes, I think blonde looks really trashy and nasty. Although the right shade of ginger can be amazing. It would win in a fight.

Reply 12

ohhh calling my hair trashy he he he. Well I have that shade of ginger, but people used to shout ginner out at school. Long lasting damage LOL

Reply 13

i heard on tv - i likely reliable source! - that men think blondes are more fun and desire to have them as grilfriends, but when thinking of settling down with someone they prefer brunette...possibly look at them as more reliable or something?! I have no idea how mens brains work...

I think the scientific reason behind us prefering blonde hair is that it makes the face look fairer, brighter, and generally more healthy-looking. That said, I actually get pissed off with dyed blondes, in that they're killing off the blonde gene http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/2284783.stm And yeah, it does look kinda trashy and chavvy.

Personally, I think brown and even some gingers look properly good. Especially with blue eyes.

Reply 15

Hmm like someone else said earlier, if you're pretty then you're pretty.
I'm naturally light brown/dark blonde but I have blonde and copper highlights ... personally I don't think I look trashy or chavvy and I'm pretty sure my friends would kick my ass into line if I did. In fact, lots of people I've met since coming to uni have thought I'm a natural blonde and are shocked when I tell them otherwise. I have really pale skin and blue eyes so I don't really think I look out of place with blonde hair.

People do things to change their appearance all the time, style their hair, dye it colours other than blonde, wear clothes they think look good, wear make up etc. Most of us do it if we're honest.

All hair colors are hot. Blonde is sexy, Brunettes appear more "classy", but less fun.

Kapisch?

Reply 17

I am sort of blonde with ginger bits, like the poster above get Copper and light blonde highlights (as you can see in my avatar). The uni salon did chav up my hair once a bit though.

Reply 18

Blonde is definitely my favourite hair colour on a girl.

Reply 19

I have blonde hair naturally but it started to go darker so I've started to get blonde highlights to lighten it up a bit. I'm very pale though.
