Well done! What was your LNAT score if you don't mind me inquiring? I am still waiting you see
Mine is 21. I'm still waiting too. There's been unofficial news that KCL is accepting those with LNAT above 16 or 18. Not sure if that is true though.

Did they specify that English Language could not be taken as an A?
    The conditions are:

A*AA in any order in - English Literature, History, Government and Politics.

    Grade B in English Language.

My UMS grades for my other three subjects are actually higher than my English Language UMS grades, but I am concerned about the lack of text book in Politics and the shoddy teaching of History.

I am confident in English Lit though .

Ah right. I dropped English Language as it sucked A, so I can relate, just wondered if you were worried about not getting a B in it for some reason.

Make sure you get that elusive A*, don't want to spoil the opportunity
English Language is easy anyway, just turn up to lessons, you'll be fine.

It does indeed suck. I really do not care how children learn to speak. I am not worried about not getting the B, it is just having to study the damn subject !

Indeed, it is a tough one but all my English Lit modules so far have come back with 100% and my History is well above 90% also at the moment. Plus I will be putting in a lot more effort this year... from now on .

hi, could i ask what your grades are like, gcse's and a-level predictions?
I applied to all the same uni's as you
I would, but I'm from Switzerland. I'm predicted a 5.1 for my Matura Exam, the highest score is 6 (impossible) required is a 5. And I got 18 Points on the LNAT, so not very good. Just a bit worried as I didn't receive any thing so far.

I bloody hope not because I'm in a very similar position. 5 A*s, 5 As, 3 Bs at GCSE and AAAA at AS Level. My LNAT was 18. Like you I have similar predications and am waiting on Nottingham, Durham and Warwick! Offer from Southampton AAA and rejection from Cambridge.

UCAS sent mid September, I'm getting rather impatient. I suppose no news is good news. I hope.
