some good things to try are getting tin foil, and maing a parcel out of it by folding the sheet in half length ways to make a square, scrunch up the 2 corners so it looks like a parcel, then you put vegetables liek carrots inside and you can do fish and chicken as well, then basically add either stock (or some description) or wine and put it int eh oven for abotu 20 mins, this will make a lovel meal... stick some herbs in if you wnat flavour.

stir-fries are always good as long as you don't use too much oil, and because the veg only cooks for a short time its keeps all the nutrients.
you can also make some pretty tasty salads very easily- all the usaul suspects (cucumber, tomato, lettuce) and any seeds you have around, then some tinned salmon or tuna, or a bit of grilled chicken and some low fat dressing.

My mum makes this lovely stirfry, where she puts pakchoi in a saucepan (or wok :P) with garlic 'n' ginger 'n' oyster sauce ' peeled king prawns, with the tiniest bit of olive oil, cooks in about 3 mins, is healthy and delish!
Not sure how much this is related, but I heard that citrus fruits stimulate your metabolism, therefore increasing weight loss - is this true?

Coz if it is, away I go to the supermarket (I tried growing fruit trees, it didn't work except for the strawberries) to grab some oranges!
