At least he's being open with you, would you prefer he just lied and pretended your seemingly boring sex was great? Na. This way you can experiment etc so that you both can enjoy it. You took what he said completely negatively, man up as it were and take some suggestions on board.
It's the way he said it though, clearly. There are other ways to get a girl to open up to more experimentation than saying 'you're ****' basically.

There's probably a slightly more tactful way of saying it than "you're not very good at sex". Sex is to do with confidence, and that isn't going to give you much of an ego boost. If he wanted to spice things up a bit he should have said something more like "maybe next time we should try this..." or "I really like it when you do this..."

Of course she is going to take it negatively, it was a negative comment.

It seems like he's the one who's not so good at sex.

Any sexually mature bloke knows the majority of women wont orgasm through penetrative sex and even if they do, it takes a lot ******* longer than a month after losing their virginity! Tell him to stop watching so much porn, maybe read up a little on the basic female anatomy and then maybe he can boink you again.

    What a tosser.
    Quite.

Next time he tells you that you are not very good at sex/boring.
Ask him if he was talking to himself.

lololololol you slimey yes-men. If I made the opposite of this thread where my gf was crap at sex, got all emo when I tried to tell her and then refused to have sex with me again, you'd be totally on my side.

What would you propose this guy should have done? We haven't even heard the actual words he used, only her indirect description of them, which is never what was actually said and of course lacks any sense of how he said it.
For all we know he might have been as tactful as possible about it. There are some things you can not mention to a girl, no matter how you phrase it, without her getting incredibly upset. That's just how they are. This is one of those things, of course.

Basically he said "you're not very good at sex are you" and when I got upset, he saidhe meant I was bad because I haven't orgasmed from having sex yet (how does that mean I'm bad? Some girls don't get off from sex right?)

Then LATER, he said that it was boring. I got upset again and he says we only do "boring positions". We've only been having sex for a month, and I was a virgin until then, I'm still getting used to it.....

I feel really un-confident now and refused to have sex with him later on when he tried, then he said I was "taking it too seriously and being too sensitive", and that it was "only a joke."

Meh Am I being too sensitive? What would you do???
Oh man what a douch! Don't take what he said to heart, everyone starts somewhere. I think he's being a bit inconsiderate talking to you like that.
There isn't anything wrong with being sensitive during sex. So no you are not being too sensitive. Try and build your confidence back up, but if he is still being nasty about it, then dump him.
There's no point in wasting your time with someone who persistently makes you feel like this and can't be mature about it.

Maybe the reason you can't orgasm is because your boyfriend sucks not because you're boring

He is obviously a ****. Probably sexually frustrated because he is actually gay and trying to pretend.

i think he's been watching to much porn, it is a shock if you watch porn because some peole think thats how sex really is, then when you actually do it it's alot slower and more idk i cant really put it into words, people should no what i mean.
