You feel light headed because you dont drink enough, lucozade is proven to be as effective as orange juice. Water will do the trick, but lucozade will encourage u to drink more because it tastes good :smile:.

You're experiencing something called reactive hypoglycaemia, consume more complex carbs in the hours before you do exercise.
