Choosing for Architecture? HELP from postgraduates please! watch

    • Thread Starter

Hi there i'm new so i'm a goon with forum technology. :P

I need to choose options for A level and i want to do Architecture, so the subjects i've chosen are Maths and Art cause they're compulsory for the Uni qualifications i'm looking at.
In addition, i am going to choose history & french, so i have a wide range of humanitarian and also i'm bilingual in italian so french will be easy.

Now. my issue is whether to do Further Maths or not. Does anyone know, preferably people having taken architecture, whether universities want to see Further Maths amongst A levels, or not? And if so, to continue it for A2 as well?

    Please give some constructive advice!

It's not NEEDED, but as with every degree Further Maths puts you in good stead... you're doing the main two, along with two other RESPECTED A-Levels so I don't see what could hinder your application. Good Luck!

What you are taking seems absolutely fine, I imagine the skills learnt from physics would be useful however if you are doing maths those skills will be evident anyway
