So, I lost a huge amount of weight over the last 6 months, particularly over the summer. During that time, my fitness levels hit a lifetime high.
Anyway, since school started, I began eating slightly unhealthily again to make being social easier and due to having less time, I've not been able to excersise as much. In the last couple of days, I've gorged myself on Pizza and Nacho Cheese. Now, I didn't expect to be a fitness machine during my workout today, but I was shocked at how bad I was.
Whilst I don't want to go back to salad and boiled fish, is there any diets out there that I could go on to keep cardio performances high and maintain my current weight?

Cardio performance? I'm not quite sure I understand.
Just burn the same amount of calories you eat lol ?

Eats lots of protein which you can get in nuts, seeds, eggs, etc.
