hi there, this is my first post! basically i have a group interview soon with 12 other people for the postion of front of house assistant for the RSC theatre in stratford upon avon. i'm really scared because this is my first interview in ages (i'm 24 and been out of wrk due to illness) and it's for a really well known company!! i'm imagining lots of confident, professional people due to the postion it is (rather than shy 16 years at an argos one) i am naturally shy! what can i expect from this kind of interview? i think i have got to the interview stage btw as i have has experience volunteering at another theatre. any help would be great. thanks xx

I also have to go to the assesment centre. Im going tomorrow and i am absolutely terrified. Im scared of job interviews fullstop. Let alone doing group exercises! I have really bad anxiety over them, which stops me going to alot of interviews but i really want this job. I wish i knew what to expect too. What day and time is yours?

    Rah xx
