I'm in clearing, got an offer from king's but I got my remarks and nothing adds up. I know you get extra marks (i got 5% if that means anything) how much extra marks do i get and is it on each paper or the whole subject such if you get 59/80 how much extra do you get added to that for special cons (edexcel didn't at first give me the SC even though the college applied and they agreed huge mix up but now fixed)

You need to ask your school about this. It depends on your circumstances and what exactly the exam board decided you're eligible for. It might be for a whole subject, but if something affected only one paper you'd only get it for that paper.
