University not responding to any e-mail
I e-mailed the university numerous times and not a single time did I get an appropriate reply. They only sent me advertisement spams, which I really hate. Those e-mails say things like we're a top university, maths is good here, bla bla bla...

Try phoning them up. That email address might not be manned, or they might be very busy.
Which email address are you emailling?
That doesn't look like an email address for either Uni. If you're trying the University of Southampton email addresses normally end @soton.ac.uk If it's solent email addresses normally end @solent.ac.uk
