Do you have to take anti histamines or a nasal spray everyday of the year in order to control nasal inflammation/allergies? I heard its common but it seems theres only me who has a year round problem with my nose. I tested negative to allergies though so dont know what it is.
what do you all take for it do you use medication everyday?

I've had rhinitis for as long as I can remember. It's mainly a nasal issue for me, with consuming at least 10 man size tissues every day. And that's on a good day, unlike today when I'm also experiencing hayfever and a common cold on top. It seems it's a genetic thing, as my mum also has the condition, as well as my brother.
There's an accidental innuendo in what I just wrote. Feel free to pick it out, you sick bastidos.
