Well basically my hair has been thinning a LOT. It get really greasy...like the next day!! Which means I have to wash it because it looks so stupid in the morning its like bedhead...but ten times worse and greasier so I have to wash it everyday. My hair is very dry, thin , its got no moisture however it gets greasy very easily So basically my hair is very poor.

So my question is to you is there any shampoos or meds or dietary changes that can restore my hair health?

try intensive conditioner. wash your hair as normal then apply the intensive conditioner, leave it in your hair for 1-3min depending how bad it is and then wash off.
many shops sell this and you can get it in many brands(basically anyone who sells haircare products will most likely have intensive conditioner) personally I use aussie, but that can be expensive and I think it works best on long hair.
If you feel your hair is very thin try using specialised volumiser shampoos and conditioners to add some volume.

what shampoo are you using? i have very long hair (for a guy) and the shampoo i use can make a massive difference to the feel of my hair.

if i use a crap shampoo in the morning (like a shampoo meant for dry hair) then it'll need washing again by mid afternoon.
try and get ahold of some Garnier shampoo meant for greasy hair, that should see you right.

you don't need to wash it everyday! it will lose its natural grease and make it worse in the long run
you can buy hair and nail tablets which are supposed to help, i know people that swear by them, gonna give them a go myself as i have similarly thin and annoying hair

Don't put conditioner in it every day. That makes a difference (but then I don't know if you even use it). Try and get some shampoo which is specifically for dry hair. And the haristyle can make a difference about how think/thin it is. Is your hair long?

Sounds like it could be product build up. Use a different shampoo twice and then a good shampoo but a small amount. If not then it could be that your diet is lacking protein. Hair is made up of keratin. Keratin assembles into rope-like intermediate filaments. The structure of these filaments provides strength to the hair shaft.
