My sister did law at Nottingham Trent University 7 years ago. Considering she got a 2:1 degree (which is the "best" grade you can achieve) she also did training to become a solicitor at Birmingham College of Law. After successfully qualified, she gained jobs as a solicitor. She worked for LHC Solicitors in Chesterfield and Riley Hayes & Co in Wolverhampton. Now she's with Alsters Kelley Solicitors in Leamington Spa.
Basically, NTU paid off for all of this for her, meaning that NTU is great. She said Nottingham is great for student life, especially for socialising as there are loads of nightclubs and shopping. Accommodation is great too, for transport there are university links from different campuses within NTU.
