Ofsted reports for unis for pgce??

Do ofsted publish any findings from the unis who do PGCEs? I'm particularly keen to see Golsmiths, Kingston, and Roehampton reports. Thank you!

yes they do. My training provider had an Ofsted inspection last year when i was on the course, although reading it was nothing like it was actually being on the course. I would suggest talking to people who have actually experienced the course!

Why? and should the tda institution 'summaries' be treated with suspicion also?

Michael Gove believes TDA and Ofsted are both useless quangos that are overdue for abolition or reform. I am on good terms with a number of conscientious and dedicated Section 5 inspectors so I am not going to denigrate their work online but I'm sure an internet search would reveal many of the shortcomings of the inspection regime.

Through no fault of their own, Ofsted have become a dirty word in schools. OldAndrew explains:

Thanks everyone. Is 2006 the latest primary report I can view for these providers? (see links above) Should be interesting anyway, but it's a shame there's nothing more up to date, I thought their reports were every two years? Anyway, thanks for the links!
