Guyss. I got offers to study Economics L100 at both UCL and Warwick. Any idea which one to firm (still waiting on LSE but don't have very high hopes for that). I've heard that UCL and Warwick are ranked the same in terms of the course, teaching, job prospects etc so how can I choose?

    Please advice!

Break new ground by actually deciding which university/course structure you, personally, prefer.

Has anybody received an invitation to a Classics Open Day on March 9th? I live a bit too far away to be able to attend, but I'd like to know if it's a good sign or anything??
I'm going, I've got no idea what it means though. It's definitely not a bad sign!

I was wondering what your predicted grades where? I'm predicted a 35 in IB and the course requires a 32, and when did you send in your application?
Hi, I'm doing A levels so I'm not sure how it translates to the IB, however, I got A*A*A prediction, and last year my AS results were AAAB.

    Hope this helps!

Both are excellent universities for what you want to study, so rather than worry about the difference in reputation of the two (which is probably minute for such a specialised course), I suggest you visit both and see which one you like the best. UCL might be ranked 4th best in the world, but London certainly isn't for everyone.
Hi thanks for the advice, I had a good look at both places, and initially I thought going to Reading and getting away from London would be a good idea, but I went to see UCL again, and I can't help but love it. I've lived in London all my life thus far, and to be honest I don't mind staying!

At the moment, I've been getting quite a lot of stick from my mates, saying I haven't applied for a very competitive course, but quite frankly It's something i have a keen interest in, and I couldn't care less what other people think. (sorry about the rant haha)
