# Vectors question watch

1. Been stuck on this question and was wondering if you guys could help me out.

Given |vector x| = 13, |vector y|= 19, and |vector x - vector y| = 22, find |vector x + vector y|.

2. Have you covered the dot product?

May be you could use a formular of a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)

In that case, I'd suggest drawing a diagram; should look something like a parallelogram; mark on your 4 vectors.
