    Hello good people of london,

I'm about to study at Imperial College and I need to get an oyster. unfortunately i have no experience with the tube (from what i heard unpleasant to say the least) and I was wondering which oyster card i should apply for? the online application gave me 3 choices, pay as you go, annual bus/tram pass, and a travelcard.

which one do you imagine would be the overall cheapest? My accommodation is walking distance from Imperial, so I won't need to use the tube everyday to get to college. i'm not thaaat much of a party-er so i guess i won't be travelling much full stop?

i'd reccomend a pay as you go, bus journeys are only £1.20 a time then and if you're not going to use it much, you can just put a tenner on and it will last you ages! x
