"You start to realise just how simple GCSE's were, and how intellegent you were suppose to have got during the 10 week summer holidays between Year 11 and 12"

    IT'S TRUE.

Well the ones that apply to me are....

You now class everyone in uniform as 'stupid year 7s'
You're happy when you only have one piece of homework
Most of sixth form treck up to the nearest supermarket for dinner
You realise how easy GCSE's were and how you could have done better
You also understand that all the people on the GCSE chat going "wait untill A levels!!" were right

    :')
    All so true :L

You start to realise just how useful those pockets in your blazer were.
    Seriously, I miss my blazer.

After 3 lessons of learning about how to use the text book you suddenly realise why most Universities do not accept General Studies as a qualification
Or in my case, after having 2 double lessons of Gen. Studies and doing sod all...

'You grow into the person you will probably be for the rest of your life'

    - is not true. Many people change a lot at uni, and throughout their 20s. I'd say that even at the end of 6th form, hardly anybody is the finished article. Maybe you begin to grow in the person you'll probably be for the rest of your life, but no more than that.

When falling asleep during a dull business lesson becomes acceptable.

When you thank **** you didn't choose maths for A level

Beating your friends at crazy mammoth or BMtron in free periods is as important as choosing a uni

You can't go a day without hearing someone talk about cod.

...all of your subjects have two teachers
...you no longer have to go to stupid school assemblies, but can be singled out more in sixth-form assemblies
...you realise the common room is actually **** - having looked forward to the sixth-form x-box, I'm now told you have to bring your own games and controllers
...you spend 10 minutes each morning trying to match a shirt and tie (sixth form dress code is 'city smart' at ours)
...you realise you actually have to catch up on the work if you waste a lesson
...you realise you can never go back to reception, but would settle for year 10

    /self-pitying, for now at least

I wish I was in this situation. Still, I am thanking God I didn't carry it on...
