How much longer till i reach this stage? *PICS* watch

    Hey guys pretty much this is me now and I wanna know how much longer you think ive got till ive got a nice body, dont wanna be skinny like i am now, i wanna be nice, lean and muscular. How many more months you think I got? I go 3-4 times a week at the gym. Been going for about 7 months.

    Mate, you need to work on your abs and pecs a bit more. Your arms are okay, but your chest and body still looks a bit scrawny tbh.

    I think you have a nice body already, I wouldn't want someone much more muscly than that.

    Pay attention to the gender divide on the rest of this thread- most girls will be saying something similar to me and most guys will be saying stuff more along the lines of "protein shakes! Squats! Press ups!". It depends on what your goal is. If you want to be attractive to the opposite sex, you're pretty much there, if you just want to be built cos that's how you'd prefer yourself, then listen to the advice.

    Um yeah i have a lot of protein, and I work on my chest a lot. need a lot more tho. Abs im gunna have to work on aswell, ive only just started on them

    And to those girls that say girls don't like bigger guys, since I've gotten quite a bit bigger, I get more girls complimenting/asking me about my body...

    Not to sound like some vain, egotistical Knobhead, but it's true.

    You're looking small for 7months, considering you should have had noob gains. Clearly you're not eating enough, or training hard enough, or both. Make sure to add weight every workout, eat 200g of protein a day and 3k cals and you will gain.

    Ahh so you're not one that hates anything over 9stone then? When I first told my girlfriend I was training to add mass, she freaked out but said that it was because she just imagines me being too big and "like those bodybuilders".

    I agree that it looks awful but I'm training to be ripped as a mother and just look good. (while also being able to squat, deadlift and bench very heavy weights). I'll get there.... :rolleyes:
