I got 17/20 in Unit 3 NAB. Lost 3 marks on a 12 mark question on Milgram's experiment, but the teacher said she marked it harshly! :p:

I'm finding this subject amazing! My teacher is great as well! I haven't gotten my NAB results yet, due to the snow and school closures, but in the assessments I've been getting 16/20, 15/20 and 19/20. I think this is something which comes naturally to me, but I'm slightly worried about what UNIT 2 will be like, as I'm not great with formulaic practises (eg. IV/DV stuff).
Our class has done Atypical Behaviour, Conformity and Obedience, and I think in the last unit we're meant to be doing Stress and Early Socialisation.

Well I'm back at college on the 10th, so hopefully as soon as then! We have to do an experiment on how recall is improved by organistaion I think. We just did a NAB on Memory before we broke up and I REALLY cannot wait to get my result

Started it before we broke up for Christmas. But my partner couldn't be bothered turning up to school on the last week, so we're not as far on as we should be Written up the survey, participant instructions and have put them on surveymonkey just waiting on the researchers instructions and debrief now

    You?

Got my memory NAB result, very VERY HAPPY!

Just wondering what textbooks you guys use? I am using the Gerard Keegan one at the moment which is great as it has everything we need to know, but a few classmates have the Gross textbook which I may purchase, do any of you guys use it?

    Well done!

In class we use this so I mainly use it for revision because it's what my teacher recommended. I also have the Gerard Keegan one which I sometimes use but not heard of the Gross one. Could you give me a link please?

No, we haven't even talked about it much yet, I have no idea what I'm going to do! Have you?

We're doing Jeness' 1932 beans in a jar experiment, which is simple enough to do but the planning takes forever!!! I never imagined there'd be so many procedures to do for something which takes literally 10 seconds to do. But if you do it and get it out of the way it's a great help

We are just about to start our experiment, we need our consent forms done but our experiment is on the effect organisation has on recall. Kind of excited, but really want it done at the same time.

    Kelz_26, here it is: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Psychology-S...4870774&sr=8-1

I notice this Scottish Qualifications forum is very quiet and since I got no reply I ordered it anyway. It's a huge book, for that price I think it'll be useful for that little extra outside reading.
