Im now doing my A2 Maths , Chem and physics . I did AS biology last year , the result was B so Im thinking of dropping it . However Im going to apply for pharmacology so I dont know if Biology is necessary or not ?

Dont think, ive checked ucas and the most require chemistry and (maths or biology or physics) so you should be fine

I doubt it, but your best off to check with the uni's your applying to, it would be stated in their entry requirements.

For Pharmacology I believe you need biology from what I've seen, although it does not have to be at A2 level, if you only did it for AS.
Checking Kings, they state:
Chemistry and Biology, at least one at A-level. If one offered at AS-level only, grade B required
You can check other university and pharmacology courses as well though, as some of the incorporate other subjects with pharmacology in the course, and naturally different universities have different requirements.
